Air entering the processor passes through filter units . These filter units are mounted on a sliding trolley frame for ease in cleaning and replacement . The incoming air is heated either by steam or by electricity . A damper is provided to control the flow rate of inlet air .

OP: Electronic speed variator for the main blower motor , dehumidifier & heap filter The product container is mounted on tilting type trolley with nylon or polyurethane swiveling castors

A perforated SS Plate and an SS sieve ( Dutch weave ) is fixed to the bottom of the product container with the help of toggle type for easy replacement .

An ‘A’ section pneumatically lifted gasket is provide on the lower jack chamber to seal the bottom of the product container A sampling device for random collection of processed granules from the product container the drying is in progress.

The binding solution is sprayed thought a nozzle on the fluidizing power . The position of the nozzle is adjustable so as to avoid aying on the walls of the retarding chamber and the product container to attain proper agglomeration.

The binding solution to be sprayed is stored a jacketed tank with a stirrer along with a peristaltic pump with FLP Motor The finger bags made of Pc satin are supported from a hook type bag hanging ring . They Are designed to Provide the maximum surface area for faster drying of the wet granulers .an automatic pneumatically operated bag shaking device is pre – programmed to dislodge the clogged powder particles form the bag .

OP: Epitropic bags have inbuilt feature of static charge dissipation Magnehelic differential pressure gauges are fitted to detect the over clogging of the intel air filters ,SS sieve and finger nags by measuring the pressure loss across these units

OP: A flow meter can be fitted to measure the velocity of air flowing through a given cross – section area A fail safe earthing device is provided to remove the static charge generated on the retarding chamber and the product container. The impeller of the blower is dynamically balanced to run at 2800 rpm . it is made of aluminum & filled with Ms flange the blower motor os of flame proof type so as to prevent fire hazards while using inflammable solvents.

OP: The operating panel , control viewing lamp etc can also be made in flame proof construction The damper provided at the blower outlet shuts off the air flow at the time of bag shaking . this is to enable disloging of the powder particles form the bag . Safety flap is provide to make the unit explosion proof which blows aff at 1 bar pressure .. The control of the process basically with the help of timers for spraying & bag shaking in additional to this there is an automatic temperature control for the inlet air.
